Subway® Listens FAQs

You need a valid purchase receipt received within the past 5 days from a participating Subway® restaurant – and a valid email address.

After collecting some transactional information, the survey asks your likelihood to recommend Subway®, based on a scale of 0-10 (10 being the best). Next, you’ll answer 4 quick questions about your restaurant experience. Most importantly, we encourage you to share your feedback in the comments box.

You can take a new survey every 7 days. A valid receipt is required for each survey. The survey must be taken within 5 days of purchase and the offer is good for 5 days after completing the survey.

It’s a Subprise! You will receive the offer and the associated offer terms after completing the survey*.

Handwrite the offer code on your receipt and bring it to a participating Subway® restaurant within 5 days of taking the survey. Show your Sandwich Artist the offer code at checkout. Your offer may require the purchase of a sub or salad – refer to the terms of the offer. Only one valid offer code can be redeemed per transaction.
