Gift Card FAQs - Replacement

Please safeguard your Subway® Card. You are responsible for all transactions associated with your Card, whether authorized or unauthorized. If you have registered your Subway® Card and it subsequently becomes damaged and/or unreadable, call Subway® Care at 1-877-697-8222. You will be transferred to a Subway® customer service representative who will be able to freeze the remaining unused balance on your Card as of that time. Once the Subway® customer service representative freezes the remaining unused balance on your Card, complete the Card Replacement Electronic Form. We will issue a replacement Card within 7-10 business days after the submission of your form.
