You have the right opt out of the sale of your personal information. You can opt out of third parties accessing your device and usage information by doing the following:

• For Subway.com, you can adjust your preferences in Cookie Settings. We use cookies to respect your choice to stop seeing personalized ads in this browser. Make sure your browser can accept cookies, and that you are not clearing your cookies when you close your browser. If you've cleared your cookies after opting out, you may need to opt out again.  If you browse the web from multiple devices or browsers, you must opt out from each browser and device.
• For iOS,  go to settings app>tap privacy. Scroll down to bottom of the page and tap Advertising> Toggle the Limit Ad Tracking switch on.
• For Android, go to Settings app> tap on Google> Ads> Opt out of Ads Personalization.

You can also control interest-based advertising on apps by downloading the AppChoices mobile application in your app store.
