1. Nutrition

Subway® offers a variety of fresh veggies to build sandwiches, wraps or salads. Veggie patties are also available in select stores, which do not contain animal-derived ingredients. Please visit our nutrition page for details on ingredients for specific menu items.
Some of the Subway® sandwich and salad menu items do contain pork. Our vegetables, sauces and cheeses are pork free. Please visit our nutrition page for details on which items contain pork and check with your local Subway® for availability of specific menu items.
A six-inch gluten-free bread option is available in select restaurants. Please refer to your local Subway® restaurant for availability. Please note that no other bread, flatbread, or wrap option is gluten-free. For a list of products that contain gluten or are gluten-free, please visit our nutrition page. Gluten-free bread is made in a gluten-free facility, but other menu items/ingredients contain gluten and are prepared on shared equipment. Subway® cannot guarantee items are 100% gluten-free.
2. Catering
While some local Subway® restaurants might be able to fill your catering order the same day, we request that you place your order at least 22 hours in advance to be on the safe side. Lead times vary by restaurant.

This can vary based on your crowd. Think about the type and size of the group, as well as their appetites. That said, we do have some recommended ranges based on group size alone:
- 5 - 9 people: One platter or Individually Packaged Box Meals (one per person)
- 10 - 12 people: One Lunch Box Bundle or Sandwich Platter Bundle
- 20 - 25 people: Two Lunch Box Bundles or two Sandwich Platter Bundles and two Toppings Trays
