It’s Subway’s newly refreshed, tiered membership program that gives you the ability to earn points with every qualifying purchase. When you make purchases through your Subway® MVP Rewards account, you'll earn points that you can turn into Subway® Cash. You can also earn birthday and anniversary rewards!
Subway® MVP Rewards is Subway's refreshed loyalty program that replaces Subway® MyWay Rewards. We've switched from tokens to points, introduced Subway® Cash, improved the program benefits, enhanced our app and website experience, and added tiered membership with three levels - Pro, Captain, and All-Star - that award higher points and unlock extra benefits as you level up.
No, simply log into your account on the Subway® app or website using the same login credentials that you used to log into your Subway® MyWay Rewards account. Upon sign-in, you will need to agree to the Subway® MVP Rewards Terms and Conditions.
We will automatically convert your Subway® MyWay tokens and rewards into Subway® MVP points. Any outstanding tokens will be multiplied by 2.5 and converted to points and any outstanding $2 rewards will be converted to 400 points each.

Anyone can join, as long as they’re eligible. Subway® MVP Rewards members must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or select Army and Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) and Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) locations.
3. My Account
Log in and go to “Customer Profile”. From that page, you can update any editable fields. Make sure to click “Save Changes”.
At this time, you cannot change the email address linked to your account.

It’s easy to change your preferences by unselecting the box to receive emails and deals. Please note, you can only opt out of marketing email communications. Subway® will continue to send you transactional, non-promotional emails such as order confirmations.
Your Subway® Gift Card also works as a rewards card, which you can swipe in-restaurant to earn and redeem. To link a Subway® Gift Card to your account, simply log in and add it as a Payment Method.
We are sorry to see you go. To close and delete your loyalty account, please complete this form. Upon completion of the form, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your request. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of your confirmation of your request. If you have more than one account, you will need to complete the form for each account. Once your account is deleted, any outstanding points or rewards earned will also be deleted and you will no longer have access to them.
You can view your order history under “Order History”. Past orders are saved for 3 months.

4. Tier Levels
Membership tier level is based on how much you spend in a calendar year. Members start off as Pros. Members who spend $200 in a calendar year will obtain Captain status and members who spend $400 in a calendar year will obtain All-Star status. A member must meet the qualifying amounts for a particular tier level each year to maintain their status.
Once you achieve a higher membership level, such as Captain or All-Star, your status will last until the end of that calendar year, plus one full calendar year after that. To maintain status for the year after that, you'll need to have enough tier-qualifying spend in that calendar year again.
Pro members will receive their choice of free cookie. Captain members receive a free 20-ounce fountain drink and their choice of a free cookie. All-Star members will receive a free 6-inch sub of their choice. All birthday rewards are good for 2 weeks after the members birthday and can be redeemed in the Subway® app, online, or in-restaurant. Birthday rewards are subject to change.
Yes! Captains earn 11 points per $1 spent and All-Stars earn 12 points per $1 spent on qualifying purchases (after discounts, before taxes and fees).
5. Subway® Cash and Rewards
You’ll earn points for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases (after discounts, but before taxes and fees). Every 400 points you earn is redeemable for $2 in Subway® Cash.
To redeem Subway® Cash through the Subway® app or website simply log into your account before ordering. When placing your order, choose how many points you’d like to convert to Subway® Cash and use on that order.
To redeem Subway® Cash in restaurant simply scan your Subway® app, enter your phone number, or swipe your Subway® Gift Card at the register when you are checking out.

Redeeming your rewards is easy and convenient. Log in and go to “Rewards”, select your reward, and then select the qualifying menu item you’d like to redeem it on. If you want to redeem in-restaurant, you can select your reward and then choose the Scan option in the Subway® app and simply follow the prompts to scan in the store. And you can now enter your phone number on the keypad at the register to access your rewards when you check-out at a Subway® restaurant.
Sorry, but your points are just for you! Only you can use your points to redeem for Subway® Cash. Redeem them through the Subway® app, website, or in-person at a Subway® restaurant. But what you choose to buy and who you buy for is completely up to you.
You can use up to $50 in Subway® Cash on a single order.
Yes, because you earned it! You can redeem Subway® Cash and other earned rewards that are available in your account when you make a qualifying purchase. Some rewards are not able to be combined with other rewards and offers. See the terms of the reward for details.
No. You’ll lose any extra balance on a $2 Subway® Cash redemption that exceeds the bill amount. For example, if you want to use $4.00 in Subway® Cash on a subtotal amount of $3.50, you’ll lose the remaining $0.50 from the second $2 applied in Subway® Cash.
No, you cannot use any type of reward on third-party delivery or catering purchases.
6. Earning
To earn points through the Subway® app or website simply log into your account before ordering. You will earn points on qualifying purchases automatically when you place your order.
To earn points in restaurant simply scan your Subway® app, enter your phone number, or swipe your Subway® Gift Card at the register when you are checking out.

You get to keep all your points as long as you make one qualifying Subway® purchase or redeem Subway® Cash at least once every 180 days. Just log into the Subway® app or online, scan the app, swipe your Subway® Gift Card, or provide your phone number that’s associated with your account in the restaurant to earn points. If you don’t, your points balance will expire and reset to zero.
Yes, you’ll always earn points for every dollar you spend on qualifying purchases beyond the Subway® Cash you redeem.
Yes, but only if you paid for your order with an unregistered Subway® Gift Card in the restaurant. Register that gift card online by adding it as a payment method in your Subway® MVP Rewards account within 48 hours of your purchase to receive the points for that purchase.
You have 30 days to request those points. Submit a Missing Points Request to make sure you earn the points from your Subway® order. Have your receipt handy, because you’ll need important details from your transaction to make sure you get your points added. It may take up to 48 hours for the points to be applied to your account.
Log into your account to easily see how many points you’ve earned, including your equivalent Subway® Cash, other rewards, bonus offers, and member exclusives.
Yes, you are eligible to earn points on Subway® Delivery orders that are made through the Subway® app or website. Just be sure you are logged in to your Subway® MVP Rewards account when you place the order.
No, you cannot earn points on orders made through third-party delivery platforms, such as UberEats, DoorDash, and ezCater Catering orders.
