Subway® has a tradition of showing up for communities in times of need. Whether it’s providing meals to first responders, offering assistance to those impacted by natural disasters or supporting local response efforts through humanitarian organizations, we aim to lend a hand when it’s needed most.

The Subway Cares Foundation™, an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, nourishes brighter futures by investing in education, supporting franchisees and their teams in times of need, and strengthening communities through support for hunger relief and other charitable initiatives.

Human Rights & Modern Slavery
Subway® is committed to respecting the human rights of workers throughout our value chain. We require that our suppliers’ employment practices meet our Vendor Code of Conduct, which prohibits forced labor/slavery as well as establishes our expectations for employment, workplace practices, compensation and benefits, discrimination, health and safety.

We recognize that the prevention and eradication of modern slavery and human trafficking is a global challenge. Integrity in our operations, products and supply chain is of the utmost importance. This statement addresses the Modern Slavery Act of the United Kingdom and the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act for the 2026 fiscal year.
